Information submitted through this site is stored in our cloud database hosted in Canada
(ca-central-1). Transactional email is sent through our email provider to notify our team of
your enquiry.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and, where you become a customer, for the life of that relationship and as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Depending on where you live — including under Québec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA — you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email privacy@truepos.io.
